This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be requested for purchases made through www.aakashkotian.com (“Website”), owned and operated by YOLFX Media (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By purchasing any product, service or training from the Website, you agree to this Policy in full.
Due to the nature of digital products (including but not limited to courses, templates, downloadable content, and toolkits), all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a product is purchased and delivered or access is granted, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
For one-on-one consulting sessions or cohort-based training:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
In case of cancellations with proper notice, a partial refund or credit may be issued at the sole discretion of the Company.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
If you have been charged twice for the same transaction, or your payment was deducted but access not granted, please email us at hello@aakashkotian.com with the transaction details. Once verified, a full refund will be initiated for the duplicate/failed transaction within 5-7 working days.
We request that you contact us first before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving genuine concerns swiftly and fairly.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
