My WHY – Driven to create. Obsessed with impact.

From a young age, I’ve always felt the need to build something. Not just for the sake of doing, but because creating gave me purpose. It made me feel like I was moving forward.

I didn’t realise it at the time, but every turning point in my life came from this one instinct:
When things weren’t working, I built something new.

Let me explain.

How I Discovered It

When I was younger, I wanted to be a cricketer.
I started as a batsman, but I just couldn’t deliver. I wasn’t scoring, and I felt invisible like I didn’t matter to the team. Then one day, I tried something new. I focused on my bowling, specifically inswing. Slowly, I got good. Took early wickets. Earned my place.

That shift gave me my first taste of fulfilment, not because I played cricket, but because I created a new path when the old one stopped working.

Fast forward to college.
Things were tight at home, so I started a small business. Nothing fancy, but enough to contribute to house bills, buy a phone, and pay my own fees. That business gave me more than income, it gave me ownership over my life.

Recently, I hit another low.
I was stuck in my career. Lost. No idea what I was doing or where I was heading.
So I picked up video editing. Took on small projects. Delivered them well. That tiny spark of momentum brought back my confidence, and eventually led to building YOLFX Media.

Different chapters. Same thread.
Every time I felt powerless, I created.
Every time I built something, I found purpose again.

My Why

Create to elevate, empower and evolve.
Driven to create. Obsessed with impact.

This isn’t about one job or business.
It’s how I live.

Whether it’s a video, a strategy, a business or even an idea — if it doesn’t create real value for someone, it doesn’t feel right. And when it does… I feel aligned, energised and clear.

Creating is how I find direction.
Impact is how I measure it.
